Our 12-Month intern-sela training program is designed for hands-on-learners to help you quickly learn the basic level of skills, knowledge and experience needed to develop a high level of working knowledge needed to pass the professional certification testing.
Our Intention is to empower you to become an 'Enterprise Business Analyst' that can meet and/or exceed all clients requirements as a day-to-day product team member or in an independent on-site client-facing role.
Our Intern-SELA training program meets California and USA Federal employment and fair-hiring laws, legal requirements and best practices. We review regulator requirements on quarterly basis to verify continued fair-hiring and best-practice compliance, as applicable

[#1] Internship-sela training program is for individuals who are US Citizens and/or are authorized to work in the United States of America. Passing and Maintenance of a State/Federal Employee Security Screening / Clearance can be required by select clients. (Minimum Security Level = Confidential)
[#2] All applications will be logged, reviewed and responded to in the time/data order received.
[#3] There is a thorough vetting process that each intern will complete before being selected for an interviewed time slot, including a state-national back-ground check, work experience reference check and vital records checks.
[#4] HD intern-sela training program acceptance does not auto-qualify you for an employment-offer from HighTower.Digital.
[#5] All Qualified Interns who complete the training program and pass one (1) certification tests (Level 1 minimum), will be interviewed and seriously considered for employment-offers based on final analysis aptitude test results, current skill level, role knowledge and experience levels based on product team roles minimum acceptable requirements.
[#6] All intern testing, interview and review time slots will allow for regular weekly business hours (M-F @ 9am-5pm) and scheduled per interns available appointment preferences and can be rescheduled up to 3 times, if needed.

All qualified interns accepted into the intern-sela training program will be cross trained in multi-discipline skill sets that support IT solutions services team member roles.
NOTE: Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly testing can occur, depending on training plan needs, to allow for long term skill development assessment and career planning.
